BOOTH INFORMATION: Each booth will be provided with a pipe and drape system to a height of 8’ in back and an exhibitor identification sign. Additional items, such as tables, chairs, carpet, electricity, etc. are the responsibility of the exhibitor and can be rented through the show decorating company.
EXHIBIT HOURS: Exhibitor hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
EXHIBITOR MOVE IN / MOVE OUT: Exhibitor move-in is permitted between 12:00 noon and 5:00 p.m. the day before the trade show, and/or 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. on show day. All materials must be removed from the facility by 8:00 p.m. on the day of the trade show.
RESERVATION FORM: To reserve a booth, return the completed form. Payment guarantees a space.
