AOA’s Unique Solution: Live Investigator Service

AOA highly recommends the Live Investigator Service if you have applicants who’ve lived in the counties listed above. County Criminal records in those counties do not disclose the D.O.B.; therefore, instant criminal searches cannot verify who the record belongs to. According to federal and state laws, those results cannot be shown unless further action is taken to verify the identity of the subject of the record. Please note that common names in several counties cannot be cleared without significant expense and great delays, in which case we recommend having the applicant go to the court directly to request clearance.

Does Your Search Include Civil Misconduct Records?

Across the tenant screening industry, instant criminal and single-county criminal searches fail to include civil and family law searches; this service covers these searches and much more. Our Live Investigator searches county and state records for both criminal and civil records based on the addresses generated from a skip trace. Where a single-county search would be the right tool if your applicant lived in one county only, the Live Investigator service will include all the counties found in the skip trace.
