Lead Developer

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

Lead agile development teams through delivery of high-quality customer-facing solutions that utilize cloud services from Amazon AWS. Interact with stakeholders to understand existing business problems and work with the team to determine and provide the best technical solution. Lead the development teams by recognizing, coaching, and mentoring them in best practices for architecture, design, and implementation. Conduct regular 1-on-1’s with team members; support team members in hitting individual and team goals. Develop high volume, highly scalable server-side features utilizing Docker, C#.NET and SQL Server. Develop production-ready application features end-to-end in accordance with coding standards. Modify and maintain applications to include implementation, revisions, bug-fixes, and continued operations of the same. Prepare and maintain documentation on implementation and continuing operation of applications. Manage and support software applications through deployment and long-term operational support. Perform product analysis, quality assurance, development and maintenance of new and existing applications and support. Perform troubleshooting and resolution of end-user and application issues. Leading agile development of new Property Management and Rental Screening applications as well as maintenance of existing Property Management software. Development and maintenance of SQL Server based databases. Responsible for deployment and delivery of new releases. Integration Rental applications with third party applications such as TransUnion, Experian, Stripe, DocuSign, DevExpress. Architect Authentication/Authorization and Permission management mechanism for Landlords, Renters and Vendors. Full-Stack, full-cycle project ownership from understanding business needs, task management, team management, code development, dev testing to final delivery and support.

Lead development of new set of programs for housing providers and tenants, as well as maintain set of existing programs in the same field. Responsible for writing code, development testing and deploying programs to staging and production environments.

Experience and Education include, but are not limited to:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
  • 24 months experience in property management software programming
  • C#, .Net 6 Web API, MSSQL, Angular, Docker, AWS, Microservices, Payment Systems Requirements
