Description
Federal fair housing law requires every property with four or more units to have a federal fair housing poster displayed in a conspicuous location. This can be in the rental office or someplace that is visible to both prospective tenants when they apply, and residents. In addition, this fair housing poster must be at minimum 11 inches by 14 inches to be in compliance – our posters are 11 inches by 17 inches.
