Dear Mr. Faller:
I am writing to express my appreciation and fondness for one of your associates, Mr. Michael Brennan. I recently began managing an apartment building that my mother owns. My father used to manage it, but after he passed away two years ago, the task fell to me. It has been an uphill battle, learning all of the “ins and outs” of apartment management, but I could not have done it without Mr. Brennan’s assistance, along with the Apartment Owners Association.
For the past two years, I have been so overwhelmed and have had so many questions. Mr. Brennan has helped me every step of the way with sound advice. Very soon after I started managing the building, a tenant took me to court. With Mr. Brennan’s suggestions, I was well prepared for court. The case was a success – but only because I had professional advice. Mr. Brennan explained what documents I needed, how to organize them and what to expect so that there were no surprises. He was spot on with how the court proceeding played out. The knowledge he gave me made me feel comfortable in an environment that is completely foreign to me.
Mr. Brennan’s expertise has been invaluable. I used to feel inundated by the responsibilities of managing this apartment building, but with Mr. Brennan’s help and wisdom, I feel more secure and confident in my ability to handle it. Last December, Mr. Brennan assisted me with a 30 day notice that could have gone horribly wrong. We realized our tenant was dealing drugs. With this sticky situation, and tough tenants, he guided the process carefully and the tenants complied. Mr. Brennan is now assisting me with an eviction, another area that is totally foreign to me (my first one since I have been managing).
I want you to know that AOA has been my support system, and thanks to people like Mr. Brennan, I feel like I am not in this alone! The expertise of your employees and associates is fantastic and I really do not know how I would have survived these past two years without AOA!
Warm regards, Corinne M.
