WOW! What an incredible event! Our “Million Dollar” Trade Show and Landlording Conference last month was a massive success! We had highly knowledgeable speakers who delivered fantastic content, providing our members and guests with a wealth of ideas that will empower them to make and keep more money than ever before. Multiple members even won valuable prizes given away at each seminar!
There was no place in the world like the Long Beach Convention Center on Wednesday, August 19th! Our members took full advantage of this incredible source of information, and the best part? It was all completely free! It’s just one of the many services we provide for our members, in addition to the lowest membership dues and credit check fees, as well as the best support service to be found! It pays and saves you big just to be an AOA member. BUT…it pays and saves even more for those owners who turn up every year to discover new ideas at the Big Show!
Kicked off by our President, Jeff Faller, we want to extend a big thank you to our dynamic speakers who made the “Million Dollar” Trade Show and Landlording Conference a huge success! Their valuable insights and knowledge were truly priceless. We owe a debt of gratitude to Tony Watson (Robert Hall & Assoc.), Ali Talil, Esq., LL.M. (Attorney), Dennis Block, Esq. (Eviction Attorney), Michael Brennan, Esq. (Landlord/Tenant Attorney), Jeffrey Taylor (“Mr. Landlord”), Lee Philips (Legalees) and Edrin Shamtob, Esq. and Bijan Shakibkoo, Esq. (SNS Law Group). Additionally, there were many excellent “Power Talk” presenters. This lineup provided the most powerful and contemporary information on wealth-building and apartment management that you’ll ever be able to find.
We’re also very pleased and proud that many of our members got to meet some of the AOA team members. They are the ones who provide the service and support that makes it possible for AOA to carry out our goal of being a reliable and outstanding resource that you members know you can count on to make you the most successful housing providers possible. The team really goes above and beyond to ensure that each trade show is an exciting, informative and valuable event for everyone attending… as the Long Beach event certainly was!
We are also grateful to our wide range of exhibitors who showed their commitment to our members by offering the best professional products and services specifically designed for rental property owners.
